What should you bring to your Loan Application?

In order to provide you with the fastest possible service, we suggest you bring the following information and/or documents to your Mortgage Loan Application Interview:

1. Original counseling Certificate

2. Copy of Driver’s License (or other proof of Date of Birth)

3. Copy of Social Security Card (or other proof – State or Federal)

4. The most current mortgage statement.

5. Homeowners and Flood Insurance policy (If applicable) Declarations Pages

6. Warranty Deed

7. Title Insurance Policy

8. Survey – does not matter how old

9. Association information – Name, phone number, and address, if applicable

10. If Divorced – Copy of Divorce Decree

11. If spouse is Deceased – Copy of Death Certificate

12. If spouse is incapacitated – copy of Power of Attorney
